Hi, I'm Kristen - founder of Blueprint Sales Studio and a sales strategist who’s passionate about helping teams grow with clarity, confidence, and structure that works.
My Story
Sales has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — from my early days as a teen and twenty-something working as a model with brands like Marie Claire, Teen Vogue, and The Today Show, to traveling internationally to sell AnaJet (now Ricoh) DTG clothing printers to small businesses around the world. Over the past 15 years, I’ve trained and led hundreds of sales professionals, built high-performing teams from the ground up, and personally sold to hundreds of small businesses across the globe.
During my nearly decade-long career at Houzz, I served as Director of Sales for over 7 years, overseeing our sales teams across the U.S. and Canada. During my tenure I also held multiple cross-functional leadership roles — including SDR, AE, CSM, customer support, recruiting, and specialty teams — many of which I helped build and scale from scratch. Most recently, I served as Head of Sales at Skimmer, where I led GTM strategy, outbound development, and sales operations during a high-growth phase.
I started Blueprint Sales Studio because I believe great teams and great ideas deserve the chance to grow with confidence. When the right sales structure is in place, everything changes—momentum builds, teams feel empowered, and the work becomes more meaningful. My mission is to help businesses create that kind of clarity—to turn sales from a stress point into a strength, and to support teams in doing work they’re genuinely proud of.
What makes my work different? I don’t do one-size-fits-all. I build customized sales success strategies that match your goals, your culture, and your customer. Whether it’s mapping a smarter sales process, designing a coaching program, or helping your team nail their next pitch — I bring clarity, structure, and a little fun to every engagement!
When I’m not consulting, you’ll find me outside with my two kids and husband, listening to a podcast, or enjoying a strong coffee somewhere in Southern California.
